This DNA Loading Buffer contains orange G for easy tracking of DNA in agarose without masking your DNA bands and a propritary density reagent. It is free from enzyme inhibitors like SDS and EDTA and persistent organochlorine compounds like sucrose-epichlorhydrin copolymers. The buffer does not inhibit PCR reactions.
