The Simple Blu electrophoresis combs are compatible with BioRad’s Mini Sub Cell GT, Wide Mini-Sub Cell GT and Sub-Cell Model 192 respectively. The gel combs can also be used with the Mini Blu, Wide Blu and Maxi Blu gel chamber. Electrophoresis combs with 1.5 mm allow the application of larger sample volumes, while narrow combs with 1.0 mm lead to sharper bands on the agarose gel.
