The Cleaver Scientific GTC96S Thermal Cycler is compatible with all standard 96 plates and 0.2 ml PCR tubes. The wells for the tubes can be divided into six discrete (4×4 well) temperature zones, easily distinguished by blue and black squares. The setting of the temperature zones is not automated but leaves full control to the user.
