The PowerPro 300 electrophoresis power supply is suitable for horizontal electrophoresis with agarose as well as for native or denaturing protein electrophoresis such as SDS-PAGE and is compatible with electrophoresis chambers from most manufacturers. The PowerPro 300 power supply can be operated with constant voltage, constant current or constant power. It can store up to 30 individually created programmes with up to 6 steps each. With the practical pause button, each run can be temporarily paused to check the gel and restarted at the same point.
